Oticon Intent keep restarting

Anyone using Oticon Intent has an experience of the devices keep restarting?

I have mine got this problem and sent back for checking and found out the battery was broken down and got a new battery replacement. It was good on the first two days, and then after few days, the problem arised again and it keep restarting for the first 5 minutes, and then it goes back to normal. It happened few times in a row.

I will be sending back the devices for check again. and I would like to know if anyone is experiencing the same thing on their devices. As I am not sure whether this is related to battery or anything else.
