I have been using the Oticon Intents quite happily for a few months now. I also have the tv adapter which mostly seems to work quite well (with occasional glitches). Recently my husband got some Airpod Pros. When he had them on I got no sound at all out of the tv adapter. Is there any way both of these devices can be used at the same time?

It depends how you have the TV adapter connected to the TV. I connect by way of the audio fiber optical cable, that way it doesn’t interfere with the TV speakers and I am assuming the Bluetooth connection. But if you are using the RCA cables it could be causing your issues.

Some TVs, such as Samsung models, have an option in the Accessibility menu for multi-output audio. By activating this feature, you can use both the TV speakers and Bluetooth audio simultaneously. This might be helpful for you.
