I have an Oticon level one. The function where I am supposed to toggle hearing aid in order to receive an incoming phone call is not working. It also does not work when I double tap the hearing aid. Has anyone else had this problem or solved?

What phone do you have. Have you enabled the function in the app. Do you have the Intent aids or the new zeal aids.
