A helpful TIP I learned from Brian’s reply on a YouTube video
Please forgive me if this helpful information has already been posted I tried researching previous posts and I can’t seem to find that it has already been shared.
Here’s the TIP I could not get my Oticon MORE rechargeable battery compartment to open when using an official Battery/Receiver tool. Brian suggested to use a simple “staple” to insert into the opening and it worked for me when the official tool did not work. :bulb:

That’s fair, the official ones are a bit bendy. I found that the tool that jewellers use for watch strap pins is good too, plus the v shaped fork on the other end lends itself to undoing the receiver latch on both types of Oticon/Bernafon receivers.
