Oticon Real 1 TV to adapter 3.0 connection keeps dropping out every two minutes

My wife’s aid drops the tv connection. She can reset it to work for only about two minutes. I have the same aids and both are connected to the same adapter with no problem to mine. I’m sure the aid is the problem. Is there some reset or adjustment I can make to cure this?

Possibly if you had the Gene2 software and away to connectbto tje aids. Otherwise you need to see the audiologist to the aids checked and possibly have all of the pairing cleared from the aids.

Try turning off other Bluetooth connections from hearing aids to phone or connect clip, as the hearing aids always prefer those, to see if it helps
