Hi, new to the forum and looking for a bit of help. Also, sorry in advance if this is posted incorrectly.
I have to replace one of my Oticon Xceed 1 Up devices and I’m thinking of purchasing through ebay but it’s possible it may be locked. Having looking through the forum is it possible to unlock this model as this is the best option for be price wise art the moment.

Welcome to the forum @olita48 I’m not sure why you think it’ll be locked? this would be unlikely, unless your talking about from NHS?

Hi @tenkan yes that’s correct I know there runs a risk of people reselling NHS devices on ebay and I’ve ordered this one and want to make sure if that’s the case, there may be an option for me to unlock it? Unfortunately the wait for the NHS one is too long and retail is a bit if stretch for me at the moment so I just wanted to know if that’s at all possible. Thanks!
