Trying to get this to work with my Phillips Hearlink Bluetooth hearing aids. So far no luck, do I need some additional equipment? Thanks!

This device does not use Bluetooth Low Energy, it uses regular . Different standards

That devices states that it uses head set profile (HSP). Check to see if the Philips AudioClip will work, as they say the AudioClip supports HSP 1.2.
