I just got my Philips Hearlink aids from Costco yesterday. So far so good. One thing that I hope someone has ideas on is in regard to hearing a phone call. While all the other sounds at the preset settings seem to be more than sufficient (I’m turning it down more often than not), when I get a phone call the volume is just ok at the highest iPhone volume. Is there another way to adjust the volume as a bluetooth device? With my other bluetooth devices connected to iPhone (e.g., JBL speakers) I can set the volume up and down from the device or from my phone. It shows on my phone as a “bluetooth device” in Settings. But the Hearlink Hearing Aids don’t show up as bluetooth devices.
