I am trying to find the instructions for these specific hearing aids; there seems to be a general set of intructions where you are told to get the specific instructions for your hearing aids.

I want to know how I can fully operate the aids if the app does not connect; many have found this is a common occurance. I was stuck out of my country and could not get the ap to connect via Bluetooth; the phone connected to the aids but as I could not use the app I needed to manually operate the aids.

Any advice please?

Caveat…I’m not an expert - just offering a suggestion:

If you find yourself in other than your native country, and you need to download the latest hearing aid APP for your native country, I suggest using a VPN to login to a server in your native country.

Then connect to the APP store, download the APPs you need and perform the required reinstall to update everything to the latest versions. BlueTooth might need to be shut down then restarted while restricting it to not search for nearby devices until you’re back up and running again.

The instructions for your specific hearing aids could only be provided by someone who looks at the programming in target. How your buttons were set up, program order,etc. either your dispensing audiologist, or someone with target and a Noah link wireless….
