My Phonak Audéos (using similar speakers) are OK for listening to music, and you can further adjust the sound in the Target software, so I suspect the Sphere is just the same.
However when leaving the house to do something sweaty I prefer to use my OnePlus Buds Pro 2. These are less precious, better resist moisture and rain (I suspect) and each come with two dedicated speakers, producing far better sound. You can do a hearing test with them and they memorize your to compensate. Unlike many other models I tried, only these are loud enough for me (after the tweaking). If you are an Apple fan you might prefer their Airbuds Pro 2, but those cost about twice as much and I am not sure they also play nice with Android phones or other non-Apple sources.

Out of curiosity, I looked at that website:
From the streets to the world’s biggest stages, ultimate ears makes beautiful, premium audio gear so music fans and creators can listen, perform, and live to the ultimate.
It has 21 drivers! ![]()

Your right ear is somewhat similar to mine, left seems quite worse, so I would say yes, partly, and I love the basses in my Soundcores. I have also been increasing the volume in my mp3 files by setting them to 92 db with Mp3gain (PC freeware) and tweaking my Android phone as well.
’s buds look awesome (and awfully expensive). My worries remain over their max outputs volume- they may have been crippled by the EU.
Today I saw all Airpod 2 Pro features have been rolled out in Switzerland (not EU), so I ordered those as well…

Thank you!
I assume I’ll still have trouble hearing regular sounds, so it probably won’t replace my hearing aids, right? Also, is it safe to use in my case?

No, you cannot use these as like the Airpods 2 Pro. And yes, they are totally safe, even if even us hearing-impaired should not listen to music that is excessively loud, like all people…

OnePlus Buds Pro 2
Regular headphones are the best to enjoy music… Incidentally, I was wrong about those really loud airbuds (I edited my post); these are OnePlus Buds Pro 2, not Soundcores, apologies.

I play clarinet and bass clarinet, and have trialed all brands of hearing aids for the past 2 years. All of them did okay for music once I manually switched to the music program, but the automatic program was not good. The problem for me was that once you’re in a manual program, you’re stuck in that program until you change back, and in the music program, I have trouble distinguishing speech That means in band rehearsals, where you have to be able to hear the conductor, I was constantly switching back and forth manually - very awkward. I’m now trialling the Infinio Spheres, and my clarinet and other music sounds lovely when I’m practicing alone. Plus the automatic switching into the music program and back works flawlessly in band rehearsals. To me, this is the best thing about the Spheres. On the other hand, I’m having some problems understanding speech in calm situations.

FWIW, with my Paradise 90R-T I had the manual “Music” program tweaked till I was satisfied with it (mostly removing Feedback control and compression). Then my Audi copied the tweaks to the Music program that Autosense uses. I rarely have to use the manual program now as Autosense is to my liking.

That’s a good idea! I hadn’t thought about copying the settings of the manual music program into the autosense one.
