I just got new Phonak Audeo Sphere Infinio I70 hearing aids a couple of weeks ago. They worked fine until I accidentally shut off the bluetooth connection on my phone. After that the mute feature would kick back to sound as soon as I closed the phone screen. From reading some postings, I figured out that some of the phone sounds were interfering. After turning most phone notification sounds off everything seemed ok.
In the meantime my fitted left receiver was rubbing my ear raw, so my audiologist sent it in to be reworked and attached a temporary dome receiver.
Just recently that same left hearing aid started to not come back on after being put on mute. Nothing works to get it back on. Usually putting it on the charger for a while seems to reset it.
This has happened several times now.
Just now it shut off by itself without being muted.
Does anyone have any ideas?
