Phonak Bolero M70M NHS code

I have been tweaking my old Resound aids for a little while and have recently been given some new NHS Phonak aids. I have the software and NoahLink but when I try to connect the aids to the software they are recognised but I get an error message stating I need a code (don’t recall the exact message) so I am unable to download the current settings or tweak the settings. Is it possible to get the code or am I stuck with returning to my audiologist if I want to adjust the settings?

The Bolero M70 M are not locked.

If they are in fact the Phonak Nathos Nova, then they are locked and I can give you the code.

The NHS could have password protected them which is maybe why you’ve been asked for a code?
