Tenkan,
Well my new-to-me Phonak Bolero M90 rechargeable hearing aids arrived, and appear to have never been used.
While waiting for them to arrive, I started to read the many comments regarding battery failures, and got that sinking feeling in my stomach that maybe I made a mistake.
I inserted them into the Phonak holder, and used my Pixel phone charger. Within 2 ½ hours they were fully charged. Next I paired them to my pixel 4a5g phone, and let them run overnight. At 21 hours the batteries were still showing 25%, and at 21 ½ hours I lost the bluetooth connection, however the hearing aids were still running. Based on this test, I went ahead and ordered a Pair of slim tubes so I can actually wear them, and an Airlink ll wireless interface. As soon as I do the firmware update on the Airlink, I should be ready to program them.
The MyPhonak app shows the firmware presently is 1.1.1.0, which I suspect is way behind.

Depending on how much you stream Bluetooth, the battery will run out more quickly.
Connected to Bluetooth doesn’t use as much as taking calls and listening to music.

Ok sounds good, as @Zebras states Bluetooth uses a bit of juice, as for the Airlink2 just check it hasn’t already been updated as you may not need to.
Have you got your " how am l gonna do this" sorted before it arrives.

Thank’s for the info guys.
While I haven’t downloaded anything yet, I do have the links. Also I noticed what I suspect is an effect of the new hearing aids coming on the market: the prices of recent model used hearing aids are coming down.
