I have a question about charging Phonak hearing aids.
I own a pair of Marvel Bolero M90 rechargeable aids, and when I insert them into the egg shape charging holder after a day’s use, sometimes they show a flashing yellow light and the MyPhonak app may show say 45% give or take a bit. Then within a few minutes occasionally one or both will start flashing green and show anywhere from 80 to 99 %.
If I disregard this anomaly, within a reasonable time they will both show solid green, and be fully charged. It’s like everything is charging correctly, but the LED indicators are out of wack.
I have cleaned the contacts in the charging holder, and hearing aids. Done the 15 second reset, and even did a factory reset using the Target software. I have also swapped different chargers and cables. I’m not too concerned regarding functionality, because outside of this, my hearing aids are working great, it’s just that I hate it when technical things aren’t perfect, then I become obsessed.
Have you folks ever run into this before, and is there a fix for it?
