I’m brand new to the site and have tried to follow the advice for how to download the software for this hearing aid. I keep hitting dead ends. It seems I need the ipfg software but every spot I check seems to be a deadend for actually downloading the software. I have a Win 10 laptop. Please help - these are still good hearing aids but the locals said they no longer have the software and or hardware to program them, so I’d like to do it myself. Please tell me what to do.
