Phonak Go Charger Question

Hello all:

Sometimes when I put my Spheres in the Charger Go, the light on the charger will be red and not charge. If I reseat them several times, it’ll usually work. Is this a known problem and should I upgrade the firmware in it?

Clean the contacts on your aids and in the charger is what works for me.
