Phonak i90 bluetooth laptop connectivity

Hi

I have a pair of Phonak i90 aids, and I’m unable to stream from my Lenovo Yoga 14” laptop. The laptop shows them connected, even battery level. Theyr’e disconnected from my phone. Laptop output shows volume. Other devices connect without problem. Similar Topic has not been of help.

I do have a bluetooth dongle (not tried that till I find it) but I shouldn’t have to use that (limited USB ports)

Make sure you are paired to the “R-Phonak hearing aid”. Not the one that says “LE-R-Phonak hearing aid”.

Thanks for that. They connect (allegedly with my right hearing aid) listed as Eric’s R hearing aid. But, ‘use ’ box is ticked so I will untick that but it needs a computer re-start
