Phonak Infinio Ultras get stuck in Bluetooth program

I’m on iPhone 26.2 and have the latest MyPhonak app and the Infiniti I90 ultras.

The last couple of days I’ve noticed the current program is getting stuck in the “Bluetooth + mic” setting. Even when I’m not listening to music or connected to something (as far as I can tell) the aids no longer go back to Automatic. I have to open the app and choose Automatic

Any one else experiencing this? Thoughts?

I’ve had something like this with Lumity. It happened a couple of months ago, and put it down to a fault with the App. It would connect to the Bluetooth setting, when I was nowhere near any of my devices, and any I had, had Bluetooth switched off. Would a long press not get you out of it?

I was just reading that thread. I have some Roger mics, but they’re rarely used now so either flat or switched off. It does sound like an App issue for both issues, although mine sort of stopped after a few days.

I’ve seen this occasionally as well. It may be that whatever you were streaming from is leaving the connection “live” even when you’re done listening - or it could be a Phonak glitch.

My impression is that a lot of software and hardware out there was not really designed for the kind of multiple-device stuff we’re doing with Phonaks - including, to some degree, Phonak itself. So what we get is a setup that mostly works well, but not always and not completely.

Yes, me too. I just go into iPhone settings and toggle bluetooth off and on and it seems to be the simplest remedy. Before that I rebooted devices and then the phone to no avail, but toggling bluetooth does the trick.

That was my issue.
It turned out that my Surface 5 Pro has enabled Bluetooth which wasn’t deactivated when I put it to sleep mode. Simple deactivation of Bluetooth in my hybrid tablet solved the issue.
