Been using the Lumity RT and RL for a couple weeks they’re so much better, even without my fitted adjustments. I believe I am ready to program them. I have knowledge of the aids themselves as far as repairing them myself but I don’t have the Target software. Thanks for any help on links to that.

Hi there @Tym77 great your giving a go, be sure to read the user guides before starting plus you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device as well.

I’ll be getting the Noah soon. I’m in profound loss territory so just being able to clear up speech without the jarring loudness is my main concern, just having better hearing aids even without a fitment has helped wonders. Yes, I need to read over the guides, programming is new to me. Can you activate with Target?

Successfully programmed two pair of Lumitys yesterday for the first time ever. It was the coolest experience after only seeing it done by Drs and hearing aid salesmen.

I just reset my aids and started fresh with them, my father only wants to tweak the settings currently on the aids. What’s the best way to adjust AutoSense with very little tweaks? Would that mostly be gain, and probably compression in each side just select gain and select the compression linear or not for weak, mild or too loud?

You could but you need to know what your trying to do, so what’s the actual issue? just to loud overall? AS has quite a few different programs built in, each can be individually adjusted, there’s the global setting as well maybe that the easiest for you.

I’ll get back when I get more info from him. I think what’s going on with him is severe sinus issues on one side and literal deafness on the other. So it’s going to be difficult to get his exactly like he wants. He has slight issues on the right side and severe issues on the left.
