Good morning. This morning I took my m70 headphones out of the charger, but one of them stays with the green light fixed and does not turn on. . I tried to update it and one of them has gone well but with the one that has the fixed light does not detect it . Someone could help me. Thank you and forgiveness for the translation I am from Spain

Try holding down the bottom button for 10 seconds or until the light goes off.

Finally and seeing that the green light stay fixed I have thought to do as in a phone restart to see if it worked, I left pressed the volume button for 10-15 seconds and has restarted the hearing aid and now it works perfectly. I hope it serves someone the same as I do. Thank you

It’s true. But keeping the power button pressed for more than 10 seconds is not turning it off but restarting it .In no Manual had I read about it
