The picture doesn’t show a phone. It shows part of your hearing aid.

It’s a Balanced Armature or a Balanced Armature Driver.

Though I have no idea how to remove or replace these. Working with miniaturized parts is not simple. Also maybe Sonion is only small and not miniaturized.

The reference is in the other side. If you can do it, you can see a small S and numbers that means is for Sonion company, if have a K means Knowles.

Here’s a re-post of a balanced armature image. The image shows an external receiver, but it’s the same technology.

I once busted apart one of those shiny hard acrylic molds that have an external receiver inside the mold. The wires inside were very-very thin, almost human-hair thin. A soldering tip might just burn them up?
