Phonak Naida Paradise P70-UP vs Lumity i90-UP

Hello everyone,

I was planning to buy Phonak Naida Lumity i90-UP online, but I decided to give my local authorized dealer a chance first. Unfortunately, the dealer does not have the Lumity i90 available, and the only option they currently offer is Phonak Naida Paradise P70-UP.

I tried the Paradise P70-UP and honestly found it very good and impressive in terms of performance. However, I could not try or compare it with the higher-tier Paradise i90-UP.

My question is:

or would it be better to wait for the Naida Lumity i90-UP?

I would really appreciate hearing your experiences and advice.

Hi there, possibly some confusion with the model number, so it’s Lumity versus Paradise platform, these are basically the same, now the difference does come through when you choose between 90 and 70 but not by much and really only in noisy environments, there’s no Lumity i90 just L90 UP, I’d stick with what your happy with.

@moal.1 If you can afford the Lumity L90 UP go for it it is slightly better than the Paradise P90 and definitely better than P70.

Will Phonak introduce a new Naida in the next 12 months? That’s everyone’s guess.

But for the present, look for what you can afford, you can always use them as a backup when new hearing aids comme to the market.
