Phonak paradise tuning

So I have had my Phonak Virto paradise about 2 years now and ever since I have had itI cant hear thunder.I usally have my lowes turned down cause I don’t like hearing computer fans or load .I can self tune if someone can help know what to turn up.

Well thunder is pretty loud so you got some serious noise reduction going on, obviously other louder sounds as well right? So you’ll need to check the Dynamic Noise Cancellation plus NoiseBlock/ SoundRelax features make they’re not set too high to start with.
