I’m interested in how widely Phonak Remote Support is being used by Audiologists now that it has been available to them for 6 years plus and is included in the Target software which Phonak provides free to licensed professionals. My clinic is still not offering it, though I am asking for it. I’m 80, the only driver in our household, and the round trip for an adjustment is 3+ hours of freeway driving. This is my original clinic from years ago and my audiologist is a magician! I can’t change clinics as the service bundle for my $6000 I-90 Spheres isn’t portable. Suggestions how I might encourage them to add this service to their otherwise outstanding clinic?
