While I advocate for I totally understand the concern over lack of in the Infinio Sphere. We just bought a set for my wife and she like most of the features, the lack of telecoil support still bothers me. From a manufacturing view it should not be impossible to make a Roger like device with the telecoil pickup included. We could then use it as a way to allow for T-Coil environments. I can kit bash together a Ampetronic loop testing unit (from ebay for about 190usd) with a Bluetooth transmitter (30-50 usd) plus a 3.5mm patch cable. Then she will have a workable option, but it can be and should be much more compact. I have yet to find a T-Coil pickup to Bluetooth option otherwise. If Phonak is just a victim of their awful, poorly maintained technical data on the web site then great we will pursue retrofitting the t-coils.
