Phonak Sphere bluetooth and phone programs too loud

I recently had the volume of some of the automatic programs increased on my Phonak Infinio Audeo Spheres. However, the volume of the bluetooth and phone are now too loud, even on the lowest volume I can set in the app. My audiologist says they cannot access the phone or bluetooth programs to lower those specifically. I called Phonak but was unable to reach someone who could answer my questions. Does anyone know how the bluetooth and phone programs actually work with respect to volume? As the audiologist says she can't access those programs is there one other program that is actually linked to and sets the volume for the phone and bluetooth such as the calm, speech in calm, speech in noise, music, TV, spheric or speech in car program etc. This is so that only one program needs to be lowered to resolve the problem rather than having to lower the volume of every other single program, which I need to hear better?

They can adjust both streaming music and streaming speech settings independently, so I don't know why they're telling you this. They are either thinking you have different hearing aids to what you actually have, or they need some training from a Phonak rep. The ability to adjust streaming music and speech settings independently in autosense OS has been around since at least the marvel platform in 2019.

My audiologist did change mine - I had the same issue, mostly with TikTok. Even on 0 it was louder than I'd want in a quiet environment.

There's a "loudness" setting I believe they can access. She had to lower it several times for me to be happier with it.

Yes these settings can definitely be adjusted independently, they didn't do the initial gain adjustments correctly to begin with, instead of just doing the couple of Autosence programs they did all program's, you could do this with the Noahlink wireless and not have to bother sorting with the clinic.
