Yes you don’t use version 11! Use an older version like 7 or 8.

Still have the same problem with Target 8

It seems like this is the problem;

Phonak audeo Marvel M90-312 required programming by your audiologist with your prescribed hearing test prior to use.

Is there away around this?

Should work straight out of the box on 8-8.1, as it’s the last supported version from memory.

Uh? Never heard of this error message, have you got a screenshot of it, where did you get the V90 from, did you just get them recently? You’re changed the models from V90 to M90, so which ones do you have, because M90 needs the Noahlink wireless programming device, confusing?

If so you should make a new client up and fit from scratch.
