Phonak Target: How to Make All Sounds The Same as Bluetooth Sounds?

For the Phonak Audeo Infinio I90 non-Sphere plus .

I don’t want any sound reduction when playing Bluetooth audio. How do I make all sounds sound the same level as Bluetooth sounds instead of getting drastically reduced while Bluetooth is playing?

This will not affect my hearing negatively. I am in a quiet area and at home working from home all day with Bluetooth playing from my personal computer on youtube, streaming podcasts, music, etc. while I work.

Change the ambient balance in the app. You can change the balance between bt and ambient sound levels, and then change the volume of both at the same time in the other tab of the adjust menus in myPhonak when you go to adjust that program as it runs.

Thank you both, @Zebras, and @WhiteHat. This is now resolved and things are way better. Thanks again!

Update: I’d rather not use the app because it has such limited range and I can’t even go into my kitchen from my room without it shorting out and going back to baseline. So I increased the baseline ever so slightly to the levels I was using in the app and made minor adjustments in target for bluetooth. Much better! That and these hearing aids do not do well when going through doorways and short out there too. This isn’t new behavior. It’s always been there.
