A few years ago, I stumbled upon a copy of the saftware and was able to upload it to a forum similar to this. Sadly, I have no lost my copy, but can’t recal which forum it was - help!!

Hi there, I always keep a backup on a flash drive just incase this happens, as you have the hardware interface already ( as you don’t mention which Phonak models you have) I’m sure you’ll be up and running in no time.
