Hi everyone / Dear Admin,
I am kindly asking for your help regarding the Phonak software section here on the tracker.
Could someone please share a working link to the Phonak Target program once again? Unfortunately, the previous link is no longer working / leads to a dead page.
I would be extremely grateful for your help and for updating the link!
Thank you very much in advance.
Best regards,

Hi there @misiek great your giving a go, do read the user guides before starting, sorry someone sent you a dead link, and don't forget you'll need the Noahlink wireless programming device as well.

Hello! After a lot of struggle with two different Audeologists I would like to test the approach as well. Is it possible to get the link to the phonak target software? The Noahlink is already in my basket ☺️
Thanks in advance and keep up the good work with this forum!

Hi everybody,
Jumping onto this thread because I’m planning to buy a used pair of Phonak Audéo Paradise or Marvel hearing aids and want to learn how to program them myself.
I’m looking for Phonak Target and a genuine Noahlink Wireless 2. Can anyone point me in the right direction on where to start learning?
I’m also in Germany, so recommendations for a reliable EU source for an original Noahlink Wireless 2 would be appreciated. I’ve seen the warnings about counterfeit units and would rather buy the real thing.
Like many people here, I’d much rather learn the fitting process and handle this myself than depend on a local shop that doesn’t seem particularly knowledgeable about programming or what I’m trying to achieve.
The idea is to buy a used pair, probably P50/P70 or M50/M70/M90, set them up properly for my , receivers and domes, and then fine-tune them myself.
Is there anything I should specifically watch out for when buying used Phonaks? Firmware, pairing the left/right devices, receiver compatibility, previous fitting data, device locks, battery condition, or anything else?

Only thing is to read the user guides, of course if you wanna get technical you can google "Audiologyonline"

Really where? I've yet to see or hear from anyone who can prove they have a counterfeit model, as in they are all made in China.

Yep, try not to buy rechargeable battery models for obvious reasons.

Hi everyone,
I am very happy to find this forum. I have been looking for a while to self program my Lyrics Phonak with no success so far !
I have called Phonak but they refuse to send me a Lyric Programming Wand and an access to the software as they say it is a medical device. I have been using Lyrics for more than 10 years and believe I am fully aware of what to do and what not to do.
Does one of you manage to self program the Lyrics ? I would be more than happy to hear about it.
Thank you.
Mat
PS/ I hope my english is readable as I am not a native english speaker !

Welcome to the forum @mat73 yeah so not many on forum with the Lyric , somehow you'll need to find the Wand to do it, plus I think there's some activation code needed? Try eBay for the wand, software is easily available.

I'm new to the forum, just found it after some online searching because I am so frustrated with my audiologist. Her idea of tuning my new Phonak Audeo E90 Spheres was to plug in my base settings, ask if I hear any echo or if my own voice was too loud, and then just turn the default volume level down. For the last 7 years I struggled with constantly having to push the hearing aid back in my ear every few minutes because the wires were too short and would pull them out and she never told me that they could get longer receiver wires. I watched as she "programmed" my new hearing aids and she just quickly went in and turned off all the options available in the app so they are as basic as possible. I didn't pay more for my hearing aids than most people pay for their first car just to have all the functionality turned off. She didn't even give me a copy of my hearing test. I guess much of it is my fault for not questioning anything when I got my first set 7 years ago, but now I'd really like to get the Target software so I can see what all is available and see what I can tweak. I'm a software and developer, so I think I can find my way around easy enough. Can anyone send me the link where I can download it?

Hi,
To just "learn" about the devices those models could be "good-to-go". But if you really need one i would suggest to look from Lumity and above.
The Paradise (P) might be aswell still good, but the Marvel (M) is way too old technology.
You can also just google to Noah Wireless and see where its available to buy it.
That said, if someone can provide me a download to the Phonak Target software i would be grateful!

Welcome to the forum @jtrigger yeah that all sounds a bit unfortunate, but it's not uncommon for this to happen, as you've noticed there's a way around it with , with your background I'm sure you'll be able to sort through what you want pretty quickly.

Hi all, I've been experimenting a little with programming my Phonak Infinio Sphere with Target V11.2.4. Unfortunately the updates menu in the software doesn't include any option to upgrade to V12 and the website where I downloaded Target from doesn't have any V12 files. If possible, I'd like to upgrade to V12 so that I can try NAL-NL3.
I'd be very grateful if someone could provide a link to the Phonak Target V12 software installer file.
Many thanks, Roger

Hi there @RogerBill , ok so to get 12 you'll need to install target using USA as it's country dependant at the moment for EON, NAL3 is only available for selected models as well for now..I definitely wouldn't be putting much hope in NAL3 doing anything better then what you use now.

Many thanks @tenkan Pure coincidence V12 showed up when I started Target this evening with my UK settings. I'm now able to experiment with NAL-NL3.

Can you confirm you're able to use NAL3 on your older Infinio models, as it was mentioned that only EON could use it at the moment
