Hello everyone. I currently have Phonak Bolero M-70 hearing aids to manage tinnitus. My local NHS audiology has closed all their services for tinnitus patients. I need a couple of things tweaked with my hearing aids and they point blank refusing to give me an appointment to do so. I was wondering if anyone had the software or point me in the right direction so I can do it myself. I can't even get a standard tinnitus appointment. Thank you so much. I'm more appreciative than you know for any help.
