Phonak target software sounds download and a way to install them (certificate mismatch problem)

Hello.
Installed phonak target software.
Was unable to install the sounds due to certificate mismatch.
I understand the sounds are calibrated to use in the in-situ ‘real ear’ measurements as well as for subjective feedback from wearing regarding loudness, clairity, sibilance, etc.

Does anyone have a workaround for installing the sounds?
A source to obtain them and a way to install them into targeted individual without being stopped by a mismatch certificate?

Any assistance is appreciated.

I am ordering the Noahlink device to connect the aids.

My fitting was so poor the aids make everything distorted and crunchy and after a few days wearing them my brain is adapting and my non aided hearing is beginning to sound distorted and crunchy even without the aids (audéo i30s).

Hi there, what ”certificate mismatch” is required for target media? you don’t need the media package for In-situ audiometry so you’ll be good to go once your Noahlink wireless arrives.

I tried to install the media packages. It said unable to install due to certificate mismatch.
I was under the impression that those ‘media’ contain the measured sounds used to text how the aids respond to various sounds and used so the user can tell the audiologist if that ‘speech in loud background’ sounds understandable to the wearer,etc.

Are you saying that these media sounds are not needed to do the ‘real ear’ audiometer test through the headphones or through the users hearing aids?

I thought the tones the target plays are only found in those media installs.

Am I mistaken?

Yeah the media sounds are just played through your audiologists PC speakers or headphones, they have a bunch of different environments and sounds for you to help your fitter provide a better understanding of what you can and can’t hear etc, When you get you Noahlink wireless you’ll be good to go for In-situ.

… it must be the latest version to match the version of the Media.

You can see I have just downloaded the media file … now I need to install it.

You can then play the media sound samples through Speakers attached to your computer or through Your hearing aid after they are connected to Target through Noahlink wireless.
