Phonak Target Software Update not working

Nope all good for most, what “update” are you after and for which models?

I’m seeing no issues .
Check the internet connection in Target:
Setup-> test internet connection

I had that issue when I first installed the Target software, and it took quite a while to figure out what the problem was. In my case, it turned out that the default Windows 11 Domain Name System (DNS) server did not know about the Phonak websites that the Target software needs to access for updates and other downloads. I ended up switching the Microsoft default DNS on my PC to the Google DNS server and then everything worked fine for me.
