Phonak Target - Lumity 90-RT

Has anyone made adjustments to the Speech Enhancer option?

Program Options ==> Calm Situation ==> Speech Enhancer

Does anyone know what exactly is being adjusted by sliding between OFF and 20?

I am having difficullty deciding which setting is best for me.

Phonak says this identifies soft speech and increases the gain for soft speech, but not loud speech or any non-speech sounds. I can confirm that it boosts soft speech without boosting loud speech. My sense is that it doesn’t boost non-speech soft sounds, or at least not by as much as it boosts soft speech, but I haven’t had many good chances to test that.
