Just received my Phonak TV connector and generally very pleased with it. However, I find the sound to high pitched so I’m hearing high frequencies via the TV connector and low frequencies direct from the TV speakers. I have adjusted the equalisation settings for all my other programs, but when in TV connector mode, the equaliser adjustment is greyed out. I’m surprised that it’s not possible to adjust the equalisation, or maybe I am missing something?

In Target you can set the gain curves specifically and precisely for streaming activities, separately from what comes from the microphone.
Alternatively you can insert a cheap equalizer (see below), but imho this is not needed.

I recently got Phonak Infinio i30 hearing aids and found that I don’t need a TV adapter at all (likewise with the Lumity L3s I tried first). Just pair and connect. Beautiful sound, and my husband connects his Shokz Openfit 2 earbuds similarly, using the TV’s “multi connect” feature.
