Phonak won't stay in TV & Mic program

I have the Phonak TV transmission unit. Problem is when watching tv the aids keep switching to Streaming program and changes volume etc

Your cell phone will always take precedence over any other device, so you cannot watch streaming video & listen to TV simultaneously, unfortunately, it’s either one or the other… Cheers Kev :wink:

For me I turn off all phone notifications except a couple that are important. That way I know when I do get a notification I need to check it out.
