Phonak's "Comfort in Echo" program

Comfort in Echo is no longer available in AutoSense 7.0 as a stand alone program. It’s also not available within the fitting software to be created as a custom program.

I wanted to try it to see if it would enhance my ability to understand speech in venues with tall ceilings and walls far apart; where the background noise level is too quiet to activate Speech in Noise.

I’m talking about retail point of sale; bank tellers; doctor’s offices all measure less than 60db but I have a tough time picking up speech. I use my Roger On in these situations more frequently than noisy restaurants.

Has anyone benefited from this program, and what are the options? I think I might try the Speech in 360 program.
