Good evening. My first post here. I have been using the Resound in-the-ear hearing aids for about 2 years now with the associated Phone Clip +(PC). I put my PC aside for a couple of weeks while I was driving cross country and now it won’t pair with my . Has anyone had this issue? For the record:
- PC + fully charged
- bottom piece removed and Bluetooth connection is done
- right button to pair but NO YELLOW light blinking for 20 seconds
- new batteries in HAs.
- Android Resound app installed and updated but not working
When I turn the PC + on, my media on phone or tablet no longer broadcasts out loud as if it was trying to send it to the HAs. If I then turn the PC + off, the sound resumes.
Wow, am I confused here. The HAs and PC + have been working wonderfully for two years and now, I only have just the hearing aids.
Any help?

, get to the Audiology department, and check in. I went in for my appointment and proceeded to turn on the Bluetooth phone clip after pulling the batteries out of my hearing aids. I’ve been pressed the sync button to show her how it would not eliminate, and the darn thing illuminated yellow just like it was supposed to do and then synced up with my hearing aids. I didn’t do anything differently nor have I done anything differently than in the past 2 years. I assured the technician that I knew how to do it and that I had been doing it for 2 years or more so what was the deal? She asked me all the usual questions, was it fully charged yes, where are the hearing aid batteries fresh yes. We just chalked it up to one of those experiences where you take your car into the mechanic and it’s making a weird noise and then it doesn’t. It has now been working fine for the last six or seven hours but if it does fail we’re going to send it in to have it evaluated.
