Hello, I recently acquired a pair of signia hearing aids for my mother. They work perfectly but I neglected to mention that she had ear molds from her previous pair. Same model. The new pair has been programmed for m receivers the ear molds take s receivers. The vendor they were purchased from says they need to be reprogrammed for the s receivers. Is this something that can be done easily say through the signia app? Is it something I can do with the connexx software?. Any help is very very appreciated! Thank you
