My Oticon Real 3 ’s do not offer any adjustment of the in quiet situations. Do I really need it and should I enable it by reducing the “difficult situations” all the way to the left? Since it’s available in the higher tech models, is it really needed or just a nice-to-have?

We can’t say if you’ll need it. We are all different in how we hear so try it and see how you get on.
