Hi I’ve got an appointment next week and I am currently between using the phonak nova pr for about 2 hours a day for streaming and watching tv and also for a few hours every week with the partnermic the rest of the time at the moment I’m still using my phonak cros aids the rest of the time but they have developed a few little issues like when I put them in the sound isn’t always very clear and I’m not picking up on certain things like the door bell ringing I don’t have that issue when I have the nathos nova pr on and also the battery is not really lasting as well as it use to on my cros aids. My question is if they can’t sort out the issue’s I’m having while I am there as my post is very unreliable still after the pandemic I couldn’t trust them to even arrive if they fixed them and sent them to me as I never even received a letter in the post about my appointment I only found out by having to actually enquire last week via email as I didn’t want to miss an appointment because the guy I saw last time said that I should get an appointment in the next few months. I was thinking about maybe asking to try out the Oticon cros aids as they have the twin link technology but would they be compatible with my iPhone 13 pro max and also would they work with my current moulds or would they have to do a different style mould because if they need a different mould and won’t be compatible with my iPhone then I may just ask them to give me a new set of the same ones i have now I am hoping that eventually I’ll be able to use the phonak nathos nova all the time but at the moment that still isn’t the case yet and am finding myself needing my cros aids as well
