Why do you want a remote provider? If you still have the opportunity to return your aids, I would do so. I would check out Costco if there is one in your area. They sell only the top level hearing aids from the same manufactures as Injoy, however, with different brand names for sale at Costco. The Costco price is about $1,600 for a pair of aids with free fitting and follow up service. They use, for the most part, hearing aid specialists rather than audiologists but their testing and evaluation is very good. In addition, Costco gives you a six month return period.
