I have worn hearing aids for 3 years and needed new domes. I had not previously met Joe. He has recently taken over the Palm Coast office but is not new to Elite Hearing having worked in Orlando for a number of years. He looked in my ears in order to see my ear drums and could not see them due to wax build up. I was shocked as no one had ever told me that. He took the time to clean my ears and lets just say I was very surprised at the size of the junk he pulled out. I can now hear fine without the aids. The price? 2 hours of work at no cost to me. I did not buy my hearing aids from Elite. The office where I made the purchase had closed and recommended Elite Hearing for my future care. Believe me, If you need an HAS, go see
