The author appears to be a hearing clinic. They had already started a topic advertising their selling in the classifieds and I'm unsure whether this appropriate given they're a business and not a private seller. Rules may need to be created around this. If they want to purchase advertising on the forums they should talk to @AbramBaileyAuD about this directly.
