I recently started having loss of signal when listening to audio from my iPhone to my Resond Vivia. If the phone is on my right side, the left cuts out and vice versa. Seems like a loss of signal from the phone to the one side. I rebooted the phone with no sucess. I am on vacation and cannot get to my audiologist. The hearing aids are about 6 months old.
Has anyone else had this issue?

The Bluetooth Low Energy () range is quite limited. I’m experiencing similar issues with my Widex hearing aid, which uses the same Bluetooth connection type. I can’t stream audio if my phone is in my pants’ pocket.
Does the issue go away if you hold the phone near your neck ?

Yes indeed. If I hold the phone near my neck both sides are fine. I just now disconnected my hearing aids from my iPhone and re-paired them with the phone. It seems to have helped.

I have the Costco, having the same issue. I will return it and replace it with Rise, since it has 5.3 , and it works better in mid range
