Hello, I have a Resound Ke 3cic headset. I used the Resound Smart Fit program, but it does not show it. Why is there a new update for it or a higher version? Please help me.

So this is the ReSound Key right, so you have Bluetooth model, but what version of SmartFit software are you using, you’ll need Noahlink wireless programming device to connect, if no Bluetooth then you’ll need HiPro and cables.

It is via cable and not Bluetooth, but when I connect it with the cable it does not appear on the program screen. Could it be that the version I have is old, knowing that it is 1.13?
