My Resound 3d app suddenly froze last night and went into demo mode. Restart phone, nope, delete app and re-install, nope, re-pair aids, nope, it would only pair one aid then change to demo mode, clear 3d app cache, nope. TV streamer and phone clip would work, but not thru app. Finally called Resound and the fix was that i had to delete app then go to my S20 phone app labeled Bluetooth and clear that cache, then re-install app, and then re-pair aids. I also had to pair my streamer and phone clip to the app and now everything is back to normal.
Just thought if any Android users are having more app issues than normal, to try this fix. Resound phone support is very good and seem knowledgeable, unlike my experience dealing with Jabra support when I had Enhance Pro’s, they just blame everything on Android 12 and offer very little practicle advise.
Also want to mention that clearing the phone app cache also seems to have improved streaming calld into both aids when not using the phone clip, where prior if not using the phone clip it would only stream to one aid or alternate aids
