Resound Smart 3D icons

I have just started to tinker with my Omnia 9’s using the Smartfit software and NoahLink, not doing anything too adventurous yet.

I have seen on some of the videos that there are different icons in Smart 3D on the iPhone for different programs.

I can’t seem to find them all I get are the generic icons (except for tcoil.)

Where can I find the icons for Restaurant, outdoors etc?

You have to add the programs to your hearing aids using SmartFit (or get your audiologist to do it). You can’t do it just using the app.

You can only have four programs incidentally.

I have the Smartfit software and NoahLink and am just starting on my journey.
I have added the restaurant and outdoor programmes via smartlink.
Is there anything extra I need to do to get the icons such as the trees for outdoors to show on Smart 3D as I only get the generic icons.

When you add the programs in SmartFit, you then have to save them to the hearing aids and disconnect SmartFit. Then your hearing aids will restart and you should see the icons in Smart 3D automatically when you next connect your hearing aids to your phone.

That is exactly what I am doing but I only get the generic icons.
Just wondering if it may be version specific but I think I have the latest versions of all the software and when I connected my Omnia 9’s to the software for the first time there was a firmware update available too which I have applied so I know my aids are up to date too.

I suggest you delete the app and then reinstall it. You will need to pair the aids with the app again.

I am sure about this as I have Omnia 9s too.

What phone are you running the app on?

Also have you changed the default settings in the additional programs?
