I am the owner of some Resound One 7 hearing aids and I installed the Resound Smart Fit software in parallel with the Noah 4 database. All well and good until the ‘demo’ period expired. Do you know if Smart fit could work without another database data? Does smart fit include its own database? The interface I use is Noahlink Wireless. Where am I going wrong, what should I do? Does smart fit work without database? Thanks!

Hi there. NOAH4 database software is not needed for self programming.

SmartFit can work standalone and have its own database included.

Backup your data. then de-install NOAH4 , plus deinstall and reinstall SmartFit.
