Need Resound SmartFit 2.0 download.

I was prescribed the Resound Vivia by the VA specifically for tinnitus and hearing loss incurred while in the military. However, after a quick whiz-bang run through of fitting and intro to hearing aids (true to much of our VA healthcare), I find out that the audiologist didn't enable tinnitus masking and several other programs. I haven't heard back from my request to Resound to download the SmartFit software. Can anyone help with where I can find a link? Thanks in advance.
